Why we need you?
To help continue to fuel our growth we’re looking for a passionate, results-oriented, analytical Paid Media Specialist to expand our Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director and supporting the Marketing efforts of Sofdesk, the incumbent will deliver qualified traffic to the business at scale by improving our website and landing pages, developing localized campaigns (SEM / PPC / Paid Social), and improving conversion rate through the funnel.
The Digital Marketing (SEO / SEM / Paid Social) Specialist is primarily responsible for the execution and ideation of SEO / SEM strategies and campaigns. They thrive while working in Google suite of products, and stay up to date with the latest trends on Advertising platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linkedin and Facebook Ads.

Be in charge of the development of search and paid social campaigns – from strategy to set up and ongoing management
Develop, execute and manage content distribution platforms: Outbrain and Taboola.
Collaborate with Marketing Director and Senior team to ensure our strategies deliver ROI.
Have the ownership of campaign performance and reporting
Support the growth of the SEM campaigns through testing of keywords, ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, etc.
Closely monitor search performance and spend levels.
Report performance data and supply analysis to improve performance.
Implement SEM/PPC integrations with Hubspot and other tracking tools like GTM
What we're looking for:
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Deep knowledge of Paid Search / SEM / PPC / Paid Social
Understanding of SEO best practices and strategy
Google Ads Certified
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
Exceptional reporting skills and understanding of how to track and measure results
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in B2B - SaaS
Excellent written and spoken English
Certification in Hubspot Inbound
Certification in Google Analytics
